WDEA Works' is looking to add a Customer Service Officer to its Horsham team. We're seeking someone who is positive, driven and motivated by the opportunity to bring people and businesses together to create employment opportunities and satisfy employers' needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for employers and clients at reception and over the telephone.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support for Employment Consultants and other staff members.
  • Delivering a high level of Customer Service as detailed in the WDEA Works Customer Service Standards

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to excellent customer service, with the ability to relate and communicate easily with people from all walks of life
  • Has strong computer, administration and time management skills
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently and under limited direction when required
