 We're seeking an IT all-rounder who is driven and motivated by the opportunity to provide a positive customer experience and support for our organisation. This includes providing first level IT support for all staff, troubleshooting and resolving basic incidents and requests with the ability to identify and suggest procedural improvements. 

This position will ideally be based from Ballarat site however locating in one of our other fulltime site may be negotiable with the successful applicant. The successful applicant must be willing to travel across these locations, including overnight stays. Our full time sites include Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Colac, Geelong, Hamilton, Horsham, Mildura, Portland, Stawell, Swan Hill, Shepparton and Warrnambool.   

 

IT Support Officer 

The successful candidate will have proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, able to work independently or under direct supervision, customer focused, well-mannered and a desire continually learn current and emerging technologies.
