Human Resources Officer

A fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join our Warrnambool team, you will have formal qualifications or be in the process of obtaining.

We are seeking a self-starter who enjoys creating and sustaining great working relationships in all areas of business. You will need a passion for people and a committed work ethic. This position is full time and based in Warrnambool.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist with first level information for employees seeking general HR information/guidance
  • Assist with the co-ordination of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Assist with preparation and review of employment contracts and employment variations for employees and advise payroll services
  • Support the co-ordination of the organisational induction and orientation process for new employees
  • provision of assistance and support in HR functions to managers and supervisors

Ideally you will have:

  • Qualifications within HR or currently undertaking relevant study
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of a broad range of HR functions is highly desirable
  • highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise widely to develop and maintain relationships across our various divisions
  • demonstrated administrative and organisational skills
  • a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • an ability to work in a changing environment and demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills
